ANALISIS KOMPETENSI GLOBAL MAHASISWA PROGRAM KELAS INTERNASIONAL UNIVERSITAS BUDI LUHUR JAKARTA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kompetensi global mahasiswa program kelas internasional Universitas Budi Luhur-Jakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah disiplin ilmu Perilaku Organisasi. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data crosssection yang didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 23 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh dimensi kompetesi global, yang meliputi kesadaran internasional, apresiasi atas keragaman budaya, kemahiran berbahasa asing, dan keahlian bersaing mahasiswa dalam kategari baik.
