Strategi Perusahaan Teknologi Menghadapi Resesi 2023

Abstract

Prediksi resesi pada 2023 membawa dampak kesiap-siagaan seluruh perusahaan di dunia untuk menghadapinya. Terjadinya PHK besar-besaran pada industri teknologi dinilai sebagai salah satu strategi perusahaan teknologi untuk menghadapi resesi tersebut. Namun demikian, berdasarkan pengalaman dalam menghadapi resesi-resesi sebelumnya maka diperlukan strategi-strategi lain. Terdapat empat strategi yang dinilai tepat dalam menghadapi resesi, yaitu: penghematan, investasi, penjualan dan pemasaran, dan akuisisi dan retensi pelanggan.
