Dampak Tranformasi Digital Terhadap Bisnis
Abstract
Pengenalan teknologi digital ke dalam bisnis dapat menghasilkan manfaat yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu banyak perusahaan saat ini melakukan transformasi digital. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya di beberapa negara ditemukan sebagai berikut: (1) Video dan media sosial berdampak pada pemasaran produk dan jasa perusahaan. (1) Video dan media sosial berdampak pada pemasaran produk dan jasa perusahaan. (3) Transformasi digital yang berdampak pada bisnis strategis. (4) Transformasi digital berdampak positif terhadap pengalaman pelanggan. (5) Transformasi digital berdampak positif terhadap inovasi teknologi informasi. (6) Transformasi digital pengaruh langsungnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. (7) Transformasi digital berdampak negatif terhadap finansialisasi perusahaan. (8) Transformasi digital dapat mendorong inovasi perusahaan. (9) Transformasi digital berdampak lebih besar terhadap inovasi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan non-BUMN
